Full geometry, not a handful of points
Our metrology does not sample isolated dimensions. Using high-accuracy 3D scanning we capture the complete geometry of the part and compare it against its nominal CAD model. The result is a colour deviation map showing at a glance where the part conforms and where it does not, alongside the dimension tables your quality system requires.
We inspect parts we manufactured and parts we did not. If a supplier delivered a questionable batch, we provide the objective evidence.

Why an independent measurement is worth paying for
When two parties disagree about whether a part conforms, the argument usually continues until somebody produces data. A dimensional report from a third party who did not make the part ends that conversation — and if the part is fine, it protects the supplier just as much as it protects the buyer.
Inside CoreMesh the same standard applies internally: nothing we machine, print or mold leaves without dimensional validation.
