Printing is a means, not the point
Additive manufacturing is excellent for geometry that would be expensive to machine, for validating a design before committing to tooling, and for parts you need in units rather than thousands. It is a poor choice when the part carries structural load in a way the process cannot support, or when machining would be faster and stronger.
Because we run both, we have no incentive to push you toward the wrong one. If a milled part is the better answer, we will say so.

From idea, model or physical part
Send a CAD model and we print it. Send a sketch and our engineering team models it first. Send a physical part and we scan it and rebuild the CAD before printing. Every route ends in the same place, and none of them requires a second supplier.
When accuracy has to be proven
Printed parts destined for assembly or inspection can be validated against their nominal model with a dimensional report, so a prototype's fit is established before it reaches the line.
What materials and technologies do you offer?
FDM and resin processes across common engineering materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG, nylon and resins. Tell us the mechanical and thermal requirements of the part and we will recommend the process rather than default to one.
How fast can I get a part?
It depends on size, process and current queue. Send the model or a description and you get a real date, not a generic turnaround claim.
Should I 3D print or machine this part?
It depends on load, tolerance, material and quantity. We run both processes in-house, so the recommendation is based on the part rather than on what we happen to own.
Can you print from a physical sample?
Yes. We scan the part, rebuild the CAD through reverse engineering, and print from the model. This is the usual route for discontinued components.
Can printed parts be used in production, not just prototyping?
For jigs, fixtures, assembly aids and low-volume components, yes, and it is common. For load-bearing production parts we will tell you honestly where the process stops being appropriate.
