The problem is rarely the equipment. It is the integration.
A machine can meet its specification and still not work in your plant, because nobody resolved how it connects to what is already installed: the existing control system, material flow, safety, utilities. That intermediate layer is what gets underestimated at budgeting time and what delays start-up afterwards.

Why FAT testing decides the schedule
A factory acceptance test is the last opportunity to find a problem while fixing it is still cheap and costs none of your plant's time. Catching at FAT what you would otherwise catch on your own floor changes the conversation entirely: at origin it is a correction; on your line it is a stoppage.
The cycle closes with SAT testing and commissioning on site, once the equipment is installed.
The hardware is ours
Brackets, bases, guarding, fixtures and mechanical adaptations come out of our own shop — the same one behind the CNC machining. When the design calls for a part that does not exist in a catalogue, there is no supplier to find and no queue to wait in.
