Design, development, manufacturing, implementation and integration — all of it in one place, under one roof. With more than 20 machines of our own, no link in the manufacturing chain depends on somebody else's supplier.

"We do not deliver parts. We deliver complete engineering solutions. At CoreMesh, we make it possible."
Most suppliers subcontract manufacturing and lose control of their own delivery date. We design, manufacture and validate with our own equipment, machinery and people. One accountable party from end to end, with no excuses and no loss of control.
Concept, 2D and 3D CAD, reverse engineering and simulation. We turn the requirement into a model that is ready to be manufactured.
Rapid prototyping, iteration and dimensional validation until the right design is frozen.
Machining, additive manufacturing, composites and injection molding across more than 20 machines of our own.
Installation and commissioning on your line or in your plant, supported by the people who made the part.
Assemblies, devices and fixtures integrated into your process, with dimensional evidence at every step.
Precision, materials and motion. Discover the technology behind our services.
Each division stands on its own, and each one feeds the next. That internal connection is what an isolated workshop cannot offer you.
CAD design, high-accuracy digitizing, CAD reconstruction from physical parts, prototyping and dimensional metrology.
Engineering division

More than 20 machines in-house: CNC milling and turning, 3D printing and carbon fiber parts, with dimensional validation before anything ships.
Manufacturing divisionPart design, mold design and manufacture, and contract molding — so responsibility for the finished part is not divided between three companies.
Plastic Injection division
Our divisions are not isolated departments. They are gears in the same mechanism, and that is the part a single-process workshop cannot reproduce.
You have the part but no mold and no drawings. We scan it, rebuild the CAD and develop the tooling to produce it in volume.
The same team that designs your part programs its machining. Nothing is lost in translation between one supplier and the next.
Validate fit and assembly with a printed part before committing to tooling. It costs a fraction of a mold revision.
The geometry we capture to rebuild a part is the same geometry we use to prove whether it conforms.
Components machined and assembled in the same place, so tolerance stack-up is somebody's responsibility rather than nobody's.
We do not stop at the delivery note: we install and commission on the line, with the people who built the part.
We work with plants and Tier suppliers in the Puebla–Tlaxcala industrial corridor, and with corporate engineering teams qualifying a supplier in Mexico from abroad.
Tooling, fixtures, body components and support for IATF 16949 traceability, for plants and Tier suppliers across the Puebla–Tlaxcala corridor.
Components and devices where dimensional evidence is not a formality but a requirement of the product itself.
Parts, spares and equipment components for production lines that cannot afford to be stopped waiting on an import.
Tell us which part, which problem or which idea you have in front of you. We answer quickly and we speak plainly.
