Data controller

CoreMesh, based in Puebla, Puebla, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide, under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

What we collect

• What you give us when you contact us by WhatsApp: your name, your company's name, your phone number and any technical information you share about your project or parts.
• Browsing data generated automatically when you visit the site: pages viewed, time on page, device type and traffic source.

We do not request or process sensitive personal data, nor financial or asset data, through this site.

What we use it for

Purposes necessary to our relationship with you:

• Handling your enquiry and replying to you.
• Preparing quotations and following up commercially.
• Delivering the service, supplying the equipment or running the training you contracted.
• Issuing invoices and meeting tax and accounting obligations.

Additional purposes, which are not necessary and which you may object to without affecting the above:

• Understanding how the site is used in order to improve it.
• Telling you about services that may be of interest.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell or trade your personal data. It is shared only with providers that make the site and the service work, and only as far as necessary:

• Web hosting provider, where the site resides.
• Google Analytics, for aggregated usage statistics.
• WhatsApp, when you choose that channel to contact us; the conversation is additionally governed by that service's terms.
• Authorities, where there is a legal obligation.

If delivering a project required sharing information with a specialist partner, you would be told beforehand.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits in aggregate. We use no advertising or profiling cookies. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on; the site will continue to work normally.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it if inaccurate, cancel it when you consider it no longer required, and object to its use for specific purposes. You may also withdraw any consent you have given us.

To exercise any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp at +52 221 836 6437 stating your name, how you provided your data and which right you wish to exercise. We will respond within a maximum of twenty working days.

Retention

We keep your data for the duration of the commercial relationship and afterwards for as long as applicable tax and accounting obligations require. Once that period has passed, it is deleted.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the way we handle data changes, or when regulation requires it. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
