The equipment was never the problem
The scene repeats itself: management approves the purchase, the equipment arrives, somebody trials it for two weeks and then goes back to their real job. Six months later the scanner is in its case and the company is still sending parts out to be measured.
The hardware is rarely at fault. What is missing is that nobody defined how you capture, at what resolution, how you align, what happens to the mesh, who checks the result and in what format it is handed over. Without those answers the equipment is not a capability — it is an idle asset on the inventory list.

Why here rather than in a classroom
CoreMesh is not a training centre that happens to own equipment. It is a shop with more than 20 machines that scans, measures and machines parts every day, and teaches with the same equipment it runs in production.
The difference shows in what gets taught. A classroom syllabus covers the software. Here you cover the shiny part the scanner will not read, the pass that came out short and has to be redone, the tolerance the customer asked for that the process cannot hold. None of that is in any manual, because it only appears when there is a delivery date attached.
Train your team, or hire us?
We will say this plainly even though it works against us: buying the equipment is not right for everyone.
- Train and bring it in-house if the volume is recurring and predictable, if turnaround time is holding you back, or if the parts cannot leave the plant.
- Hire us as a service if it is a one-off project, if the accuracy required needs equipment that does not yet justify its purchase, or if you need a dimensional report signed by a third party.
Many plants end up with both: in-house capability for day-to-day work, and an outside service for peaks and for anything requiring certification.
Format
At your plant, with your equipment and your parts — or here at our shop if you do not own the equipment yet and want to decide with your hands before signing the purchase order. Small groups, because in this kind of training whoever does not touch the equipment does not learn it. A CoreMesh certificate of completion is issued.
