When a line stops for the same reason every few weeks, the problem is rarely the part that was replaced. It is a process whose reliability nobody has measured. And until it is measured, the plant pays three bills at once:

1. Diagnose

Identifying the root cause is what lets you define the real problem. It avoids the arbitrary replacement of spare parts and prevents the phantom faults and alarms that consume entire shifts without resolving anything.

2. Implement and improve

Once the cause is established we issue a technical assessment and set real metrics. Without numbers, "it improved" is an opinion, and nobody can defend the investment to management with an opinion.

An automation project almost always needs mechanical parts, brackets, fixtures and workstations that somebody has to manufacture. That hardware comes out of our own shop — the same one behind the CNC machining and dimensional validation elsewhere on this site.

What does industrial automation include?

Do you work on equipment you did not install?

Yes. Most of this work happens on machinery that has been in the plant for years, often without up-to-date documentation.

What if the equipment is very old?

That is the classic revamping case: migrate the control system to a current platform without replacing the whole machine. It usually costs a fraction of replacing the equipment.

Can you also manufacture the parts and cabinets?

Yes, and this is the part CoreMesh does with its own equipment: mechanical parts, control cabinets, workstations and checking fixtures come out of our shop.

How does a project start?
