Why the package exists
When preparing a package, we check three things: training with real parts, computer capacity to process the data and availability of supplies. Addressing them in the quote helps bring the equipment into daily work.
The package exists so that none of the three falls outside the scope by oversight.
What is included
- The equipment, chosen for your geometry and your tolerance rather than from a catalogue.
- Training on your parts, your lighting and your space.
- Starter supplies — spray, targets and a calibration artefact, in enough quantity for the first jobs.
- A workstation sized for your point cloud sizes, not for a spreadsheet.
- Commissioning at your plant, with the first real part solved end to end.
- Follow-up through the first jobs, which is when the questions a course never covers actually appear.
Three configurations, by what you need to solve
We do not split them by tier or by price, because the most expensive unit is not the best one for every part. We split them by the problem:
- Spares and maintenance. Individual parts with no drawing, medium geometries, shop tolerances. The aim is to stop waiting on a supplier to remake something that is no longer available.
- Quality and inspection. Tight tolerances, CAD comparison and a dimensional report that stands up in front of a customer. It comes with the metrology course, because without judgement the report supports nothing.
- Engineering and development. Complex surfaces and CAD reconstruction. It comes with the reverse engineering course, which is where the real work lives.
What is not included
We say this upfront rather than in the small print: it does not include third-party CAD licences, it does not include building work or space conditioning, and it does not include staff. If the plant has nobody to train, the package does not solve the problem, and we would rather say so before quoting.
How it is quoted
There is no published price list because there is no standard package: it depends on your parts, your tolerance and your volume. Tell us what you need to solve and we propose a configuration and a price, with an invoice. If what you need does not justify the purchase, we say so and point you at the service instead.
