Division 01 · Engineering

Engineering that already knows how it will be built

Design, digitizing, reverse engineering, prototyping and metrology. Every model leaves this division knowing which machine will make it — because the machine is ours too.

"A design that cannot be manufactured is not a design. It is a drawing."

01 / Design and Development

From requirement to a model that can actually be made

We design products, tooling, fixtures and devices from scratch: 2D and 3D CAD, material selection and design for manufacture. Because the same company machines, prints and molds the result, manufacturability is a constraint from the first sketch rather than a discovery at the end.

  • Product and tooling design
  • Parametric CAD ready for manufacture
  • Optimization of existing parts

02 / 3D Scanning

Physical geometry, captured completely

High-accuracy structured light scanning of parts, tooling, assemblies and full automotive bodies. We capture the whole geometry rather than isolated points, which is what makes the data usable for both engineering and inspection.

  • Parts, tooling and large structures
  • Colour deviation maps against nominal CAD
  • Data ready for machining, molding or printing
See 3D scanning
03 / Reverse Engineering

From part to model, with no original drawings

We rebuild components from their dimensional analysis and produce exact CAD models, ready for manufacture, modification or qualification. This is the entry point to the ecosystem: a part with no documentation comes in here and leaves as a production part.

  • Parametric CAD models (STEP / CATPart)
  • Reconstruction of discontinued components
  • Basis for injection tooling and machining

04 / Prototyping and Metrology

Validate before it becomes expensive

Functional prototypes and dimensional validation close the loop. A printed part confirms fit and assembly before tooling is committed, and a dimensional report confirms that what was built matches what was designed.

  • Functional prototypes for real testing
  • CAD-versus-part dimensional reports
  • Documentation of the dimensional characteristics evaluated
See dimensional inspection
