One accountable party, from design to shipped part

Injection molding usually involves at least three companies: whoever designs the part, whoever builds the mold, and whoever runs it. When a part comes out wrong, each has a reasonable explanation and none of them owns the problem.

CoreMesh covers all three. Part design, mold design and manufacture, molding, and dimensional validation happen in the same place, so responsibility is not divisible.

What we cover

Before committing to tooling

A mold is the point at which a project stops being cheap to change. Before that, 3D printed validation parts let you confirm fit, assembly and ergonomics for a fraction of the cost of a tooling revision. It is a step teams regret skipping far more often than they regret taking it.

Existing tooling, existing parts

If you already own a mold, we can run it, assess its condition and repair it. If you have a molded part but no drawing, we scan it and rebuild the CAD, and the tooling conversation starts from a real model.

Do you build the mold as well as run it?

Yes. Mold design and manufacture happen in-house alongside molding, which is why responsibility for the finished part does not get divided between companies.

Can you run a mold we already own?

Yes. We can also assess its condition dimensionally before running it, which is worth doing if the tool has been idle or is producing inconsistent parts.

What volumes do you handle?

From short contract runs through to recurring production. Tell us your annual volume and part complexity and we will tell you honestly whether tooling is justified.

Can you help before we commit to a mold?

That is the best time to talk to us. Design-for-manufacture review and 3D printed validation parts cost far less than a tooling revision.

Do you provide dimensional evidence on molded parts?

Yes. Parts can be measured against their nominal CAD model and reported, which supports the traceability that automotive quality systems such as IATF 16949 require.
