Machining that ships with its own evidence

We produce milled and turned components in metals and engineering plastics — from a single replacement part that has a line stopped, through to recurring short-run production. Every part is checked against its nominal geometry before it leaves the shop, on the same metrology equipment we use to inspect other suppliers' work.

That distinction matters when you are qualifying a supplier from abroad: you receive the part and the dimensional evidence together, rather than an assurance that it was measured.

What we machine

Why in-house capacity changes the answer

Most shops subcontract at least one manufacturing step — machining, finishing or inspection. Every handoff adds a schedule you do not control and a quality boundary nobody owns. CoreMesh runs more than 20 machines under one roof, so a change in scope is a conversation with us, not a renegotiation with somebody else's supplier.

If all you have is a physical sample and no drawing, we start a step earlier: 3D scanning and reverse engineering produce the CAD model, and machining follows from it.

Working with us from outside Mexico

We work with engineering teams based in Puebla and with corporate offices evaluating a Mexican supplier from another country. Send a drawing or a photograph and you get a scoped answer, not a contact form.

What files do you need to quote a machined part?

A 3D model (STEP, IGES or Parasolid) or a 2D drawing with critical dimensions and tolerances. If you only have the physical part, send photographs: we can scan it and generate the CAD ourselves.

Can you machine parts with no existing drawing?

Yes. We digitize the part with high-accuracy 3D scanning, rebuild the CAD model through reverse engineering, and machine from that model. This is routine with legacy equipment and obsolete spare parts.

What materials do you work with?

Steels, stainless, aluminum, brass and engineering plastics. If your application has a specific material requirement, raise it at quoting stage so we can confirm availability before committing to a date.

Do you provide dimensional documentation?

Yes. We can supply a dimensional report comparing the finished part against its nominal CAD model, which supports the traceability that automotive quality systems such as IATF 16949 require.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We machine single parts as readily as recurring short runs. One part that has a line stopped is a normal request here.
