Digital engineering work
Existing CAD, drawings or scan data can support a remote project assessment. Specify units, software version, exchange format and required editability. STL surface data and STEP exchange CAD are different deliverables.
Projects requiring physical parts
Scanning and inspection may require access to a sample. Confirm acceptance, dimensions, weight, packaging, transportation and return responsibilities before shipment. International lead times and customs handling are not guaranteed by this website.
Confidentiality and technical requirements
Identify confidentiality restrictions before sharing drawings. This site does not upload or store technical files. Request review of an NDA and an appropriate exchange channel before disclosing sensitive information.
A quotation must agree on deliverables, revisions, acceptance criteria, schedule, currency, shipping costs and responsibilities. Restricted technical data and contractual requirements need review before a project is accepted.
Start an engineering consultation
Provide your country and state, the part function, sample condition, material, quantity, critical dimensions and expected outcome.
Prepare a request for quotation
Before manufacturing in Mexico
Specify drawing revision, units, material specification, quantity, critical tolerances, surface finish, inspection deliverables and acceptance criteria. Agree which processes CoreMesh coordinates and which documentation the buyer requires.
Can I start without shipping a part?
Yes, an initial scope review can use drawings, CAD and photographs. Physical scanning or inspection needs access to the part. Do not ship confidential files or samples until confidentiality, a suitable exchange channel and sample handling have been agreed.
How are U.S. deliveries agreed?
Identify the receiving location and parties responsible for transport, import review and delivery acceptance before quotation. Requirements depend on the goods and project; location in Mexico does not automatically grant preferential tariffs or regulatory approval. Lead time and total delivery cost require an individual assessment.
